Hoping someone will see this and respond with a solution. Reaching back to unplug it so the time can be reset woild.not be a good solution. Thanks!

Unfortunately we're waiting on the trim kit so it looks terrible in the space. That's the only disadvantage of purchasing now (trim shortage) but doesn't effect how it works.

It is a really nice product, but on the convection side it does reach the desired temperature. For example if I select 350 it only reaches a 275-300. Rather difficult to bake at this point. I am waiting on a technician to arrive. It does broil well however. The other issue I see is that IF fat splatters the upper surface this would be difficult to clean as the top grill element is in the way and cannot be unclipped or removed as far as I can figure out.

Yesterday it stopped working. Not an electrical issue-light still on. Now having to wait for appliance technician to figure out issue. The convection part has never been used. Microwave has only been used for light duty-reheating coffee, etc. Not even 2 months old!
