Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great fridge..not sure I love touch screen. The Fridge looks great, has excellent features and ample space. Initially I thought the little touch panel was cool, and it is, but it is a bit quirky.. It doesn't always register touches, or if there is slight condensation or a drip it will occasionally act as if touched and do something unintended. Over the past 3 weeks either through kids, family members, or condensation touching the panel from leaving a door open during extended cleaning / organization I've had it go into sabbath mode, which fortunately was listed in the owners manual and was a quick fix. However, just yesterday, the fridge managed to go into demo mode.. this is absolutely nowhere in the manual and required hours of research to find a similar model from frigidaire.. which also doesn't have it in the owners manual. However, luck so had it that someone had the same problem with that fridge and made a youtube video with instructions. Anyways, for anyone else that happens to have this issue: hold down the water filter button and the lower temp (-) button for 10 seconds. Fridge will reboot and exit demo mode, or go into demo mode if not currently. I find it highly unlikely someone accidentally pushed that combination, so perhaps there is an issue with the screen, and I've now locked the screen to prevent further issues, but if the fridge has a feature that could accidentally be turned on, it should probably be documented in the owners manual at the least.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems We had the same fridge/freezer in our last home with zero problems in 10 years & really liked them. We purchased the same combo during covid. It took 18 months for delivery and when it was delivered there was a dent in the fridge door. It was replaced after many months. Then the fridge started to have ice on the inside about 1 year ago. We were told that the coolant was leaking and it was spraying, thus the ice. After 2 visits it was repaired. Now, less than 1 year later, the fridge is running virtually all the time, there is a strange odor (?coolant again?) and the compressor is making strange noises. We are very discouraged as it is no longer under warranty. It will take some time to dissemble the frame etc around the fridge and freezer to access. One would hope that as this is part of the same problem, it might be covered by the warranty. We have no issues with the freezer (should I add yet?)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware I purchased both the Electrolux stand alone fridge and freezer less than 5 years ago. It was the previous version of this model. Our kitchen cabinets were designed for the appliances. The fridge stopped cooling last July and I still don’t have a fitting replacement. The inner coils leak and are not repairable. Three different service technicians tried to repair it. This new model now has a box a fraction of an inch taller. Who does that? Be prepared to replace these in less than five years for more than twice the cost and need to redo cabinetry too, just like me. Set aside two hours to reach anyone at Electrolux and deal with customer service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks beautiful… but doesn’t keep things cold We acquired our fridge in late fall of 2022. In January 2023 the temperature rose to unsafe levels and we needed to throw away hundreds of dollars in food. We had a technician come out who confirmed the fridge needed to be replaced. It has now been more than a month without a working fridge. Electrolux continues to provide new time lines as to when a replacement will be delivered and every week we seem to get a different story. We have talked to “customer support” on many occasions, but continue to fell very unsupported by the company. We had anticipated that a brand like Electrolux would produce quality products and stand behind their warranties, but have been VERY disappointed by the level of service provided. I really want to like the fridge and it looks beautiful in the kitchen (although it is not magnetic in case you are wondering), but I need my fridge to keep things cold versus just looking pretty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from never buy single door fridge any more. The compressor of my Electrolux Icon is down after only 7 years. Also in 4 years, there was a repair. the big problem is that the refrigerator is broken now, and it is hard to make a pair for the left freezer.
