I have to check and see if it is really heating (it is). Air Sous Vide Is the best way to cook amazing meat and fish. Air fry is an easy way to cook kids dinner very quickly. All around great.

Rack sold separately ordered one can’t wait to get it. The microwave was easy to use and has a very modern design. The microwave door is a bit hard to open but hopefully over time it will become easier.

Love the connectivity app which is very easy to use and provides great access. The clean lines on this unit are very attractive and compliment our Electrolux Dual Fuel Range.

Recently received the new model as a replacement ( only got 60% rebate) for all the down time and frustration with no oven and Microwave for months and repair costs. Made sure to take the extended warranty this time. Working well so far a month later.

This units great until the doors become loose , there is no way to fix them , the oven door fell off and the microwave is loose , this has happened to many of my neighbors who have this unit , there is no way to tighten the screws or fix the broken doors , this is a major flaw in this unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to put this appliance in our newly remodeled kitchen and try out the unique features. Our favorite part is the convection feature on the microwave. It will be hard to go back to just a regular microwave if we ever have to. The appliance worked well for almost 8 months and then just completely died when we went to put food in the oven one night for supper. No reason at all. Just gave up the ghost. Now we are getting the runaround on getting it serviced and we are out both a microwave and oven for who knows how long. A dire situation with kiddos.

We closed last December and the oven and/or microwave has not worked for at least 12 weeks out of the 11 months we've lived in the home. Their repairmen are the best and super nice, but even they are scratching their heads on how to fix this. This is not a quality product or maybe we just received a lemon!
