We did not pretreat the clothes and the stains came out. The main reason we bought the washer is you can change the direction the door opens - which we needed.

We use it everyday and it hasn’t missed a beat. Our house isn’t that big but you don’t even notice it when we use it. The only thing that I find weird is the on/off button is so small. The clothes are always clean so no problems with this washer so I highly recommend it
