[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now in our '80s my husband and I decided to stop risking life and limb by doing our laundry in the basement down a flight of stairs. Installing a stackable washer and dryer near our bedroom on the main floor was the only solution. Because we live in a small cottage, every inch of space was at a premium and noise was an issue. Reluctantly we went shopping for something between the apartment size units and the bloated looking stackables on the market. By accident, we stumbled on the Electrolux Washtower and fell in love with its sleek lines, simple waist high control panel for both functions, and promise of efficiency. We installed it in the dressing room/pantry right off our bedroom hoping for the best. To our utter amazement it was perfect: minimal sound, sleek appearance, and great performance! Well done, Electrolux!! Thank you for making our lives easier without having to sacrifice our love of clean design and environmental efficacy!!
