Easy to understand controls and instructions. Replaced a 3 year old LG wash tower combo that after three trips over four and 1/2 weeks LG decided it could not be fixed. (washer controls failed) Hope that this unit gives better service. Wish that the washer had better vibration control, but we are giving it 5 stars at this time.
