We love the unit. The clothes come out clean, and I cannot believe the speed of the spin cycle. It has a 4th gear that extracts all the water. It does the job very well.

The washer capacity is much larger than I expected for a stackable model. I especially love the 15-minute quick wash cycle — it’s perfect for small loads or items you need cleaned fast. The dryer has also performed very well, and clothes have come out completely dry at the end of every cycle. Overall, this has been an excellent replacement set.

I will admit, I was thinking it was thinner than it is, but it fits in my laundry room nicely and we still have space to move around (purpose for getting the wash tower). Love the optic whit cycle, 15-minute dry cycle, and the fact that I was able to wash my queen size comforter and dry it with no problem was a sure win for me. I still need to see how it does with my ruggable washable rug (true test), but I have no doubt right now that it will delivery since it did great in my bathroom runs. I used the allergen wash for those and my comforter, just be prepared to go 2 hours with that cycle, but it was worth the wait. So far I am loving the tower, and hope to continue learning about its many cycles and feeling the same feel I felt with my first wash/dry for many years.

The purchase and delivery went very well. After hooking up everything and changing the doors to the other side, it has been great! I have noticed that my clothes come out cleaner and no more having to run the dry cycle again. The loads come out perfectly dry every time. I am very pleased with my new laundry system. It was a great choice for me.
