Fully integrated vertical layout takes up half the floor space of a traditional washer/dryer for greater laundry room flexibility, or to fit easily into most closets and other tight spaces. I am a petite person, so I really wanted both units' buttons to be easily reachable in the middle- it was shocking how few towers offered that feature. I also wanted a quick wash- you cannot beat 15 minutes! The units are quiet and non-disruptive. I watched all the "how-to" videos online, and those helped me get my bearings as well.
