Rated 5 out of 5 by RESIDENCE 775 from EXCELLENT SUPPORT I bought this in May 2025 and recently had some issue with the wash cycles werent completing, I contacted Electrolux Support they scheduled and sent professional technician who was able to figure out the issue within no time and at the same time he put in order for the right part which was delivered to my residence within 4 days and the technician came back and replaced the part. This was the best experience with efficient and rapid response.

It's a new learning experience as I get use to the controls. I'm finding out that the factory settings are going to be what I use most of the time and they regulate water temp and etc .without having to put much thought into it.
