The instructions are easy to understand and we even love the way it looks in our house. My only slight criticism is that the touch controls to start/pause or cancel are very sensitive and can be hard to use sometimes

It's not as quiet as we would like but my guess is that this may be unique to our specific unit and not endemic to the model and Electrolux brand in general.
