Rated 1 out of 5 by from So excited, so disappointed Bought this washer today and set it up. Our last samsung washer was always stopping on the drain cycle so I thought I would venture out and spend 2500 on a new pair. Well I got it set up this evening and went to wash a load of 5 towels on the towel cycle. During the spin cycle the machine was shaking so violently it bounced to the back wall in my laundry room and ripped the wall outlet apart. I moved the machine back reorganized the 5 towels on spin twice more with the same outcome. Needless to say not impressed at all the new purchase. I would review the matching dryer but the towels are too wet to put in it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Foam residue at end of washing cycle I'm deeply disappointed in this product that really doesn't live up to its hype. I bought this washer based on Lowes recommendation since it was the only one that can take pods in the drawer and not thrown into it. Now, I end up with soap foam residue at the end of each cycle. WHen I called the extended warranty, the technician told me this will happen all the time as long as you're using the pods. you need to switch to liquid or powder instead. This is not what I bought the machine for and I'm waiting for ELectrolux to contact me to fix this issue ASAP. I basically bought a lemon until proven otherwise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as expected and more! We have been using this washer for a month now and we are extremely satisfied! We were worried about switching to a front loader so we did some research and this model had the features that we wanted and a solid review history. It cleans our clothes thoroughly, it is quiet, it doesn’t take as long as we thought it would and it leaves whatever we have washed well wrung out so our clothes spend less time in the dryer. We are looking forward to a long and hopefully trouble free time with our new Electrolux washer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only 1 week Not sure if it's just me but I have 3 little children with little feet/socks. Every load so far we have had to pull socks out of the same spot. Any suggestions or ideas on how to prevent this from happening?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money for the laundromat After my second baby, I purchased this machine for our family. It lasted 25 months. 25. Months. In 9 minutes, I was told it was irreparable. The store I bought from did not back it up and offered me the same machine for 1200$ , 25 months after I spent close to 4000$ on the Electrolux pair. A pair I was promised would last our family decades. It leaked from day 1, at the beginning of the pandy I saw the seal leak and then it just got worse from there. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. and the heartache that comes with spending your hard earned money on an irreparable piece of garbage. Thanks for nothing Electrolux. I’ve let everyone who will listen what an awful experience this has been.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stain Removal Heavon I bought this machine about 1 month ago and I can't say enough about its ability to remove stains. My son gets a bleeding nose often in the winters and I have had pillow cases, sheets and his shirts full of blood. It was always quite a process to get these stains out between soaking them in a separate container and running them through the washing cycle a couple of times. This washer has been amazing, with the stain removal features I have been able to remove stains much easier and it has even removed some old stains from garments that I have not been able to remove before.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Does everything required. I don't like that it changes settings to the last used. I'd prefer ability to change default and ignore last change made to a setting. The way it works now makes the modes sort of usrless if there are multiple folks in a household using it. Its a quiet machine. Thats a nice thing. It is still not anywhere close to the quality of the old sears Kemmores which were workhorses Paying for bells & whistles over a machine that will last for ten plus. Im guessing 5-7 out of this tops.
